After a day of exploring the stunning surroundings and taking in the breathtaking views of the Sound of Mull, our family retreated to the cozy Achnacriche hideaway. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The homemade meals prepared by the talented chef were an absolute treat, with every bite bursting with flavor. We couldn't have asked for a more delightful culinary experience.
For dads, it would be great if there were more outdoor activities specifically tailored for children.

We had the most delightful stay at a charming B&B nestled in a secluded location. The skies were absolutely mesmerizing due to the lack of light pollution. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the delicious homemade meals prepared by Zuzana. Every bite was a culinary delight. The only downside was the creaky bed that kept us awake, but it was still comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B for a peaceful retreat in the countryside.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at a hidden gem in the Scottish countryside. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the coastline and the Isle of Mull. The B&B was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight of our visit was the delicious home-cooked meals prepared by Zuzana. Every bite was a taste of pure perfection. Even though there weren't many dining options nearby, we didn't mind at all because the dinners at the B&B were truly the highlight of our stay. We were treated to a three-course feast made with mostly local ingredients, and every dish was scrumptiously prepared and presented. We even told Zuzana that she should write a cookbook because her cooking was that good. The hosts, Elfik and Zuzana, were incredibly hospitable, making sure that we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They made our stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this B&B for anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque getaway with exceptional food and warm hospitality.
Although the B&B is located near Lochaline, where there is a ferry to Mull, it can be quite a long journey from Fort William, taking at least 3 hours. Additionally, the B&B is in a remote location with limited dining options, so it may be expensive to have dinner at the B&B.
